Golden Sunrise Healthcare and PHI and Policies

All Personal information regarding patients names, address, employment dares, applicants, any and all personal data will not be disclosed without written permission. Privacy laws will apply and be maintained.

Non-Refundable Deposit, Course, and Materials Policy

All deposits and course fees are non-refundable. By enrolling and/or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that these funds are used to secure your placement, course materials, and administrative preparation. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Payments made through Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, bank transfer, or any other forms of monies received outside of the website are also considered non-refundable and are subject to the same policy as payments made directly through the website.

This policy applies to all written, verbal, text message, online, and social media agreements, regardless of the method of communication or commitment. Signatures from clients are not required as acknowledgment or understanding because this policy is posted online, on social media, and verbally told.

Each participant/client is responsible for their own individual payment. Payments cannot be combined, shared, or transferred between individuals.

The course information, description, and outline are provided online through the official website and may also be shared via social media posts. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the course information online prior to payment and agree to the terms of enrollment.

Full payment must be completed within 45 days of the initial deposit unless an extension has been granted in writing. If full payment is not received within this timeframe, the course enrollment will be voided, and the spot will be released to potential clients. Any deposits or partial payments already made will remain non-refundable.

If a client wishes to re-enroll after voiding, a reinstatement fee (in addition to the remaining balance) will be required. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the company.

Clients agree not to dispute or reverse charges through their bank, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or any other payment platform. Any attempt to file a chargeback or dispute is a direct violation of this agreement and may result in additional fees or legal action.

While guidance, tools, and strategies are provided, no specific earnings, contracts, or business outcomes are guaranteed. Success depends on the client’s effort, compliance with regulations, and timely completion of required tasks.

The client is fully responsible for attending, participating, and completing all required steps. Failure to participate does not qualify for a refund, transfer, or credit.

Course spots are limited. Deposits secure your place, and holding a spot prevents another client from enrolling. For this reason, deposits and payments remain non-refundable even if you choose not to proceed.

If a client provides false information, misrepresents themselves, or fails to comply with required business/legal steps, enrollment may be terminated without refund.

Our goal is to help you launch your business within 30–180 days, depending on your circumstances, state regulations, compliance requirements, and the timely completion of all necessary business items (such as licensing, documentation, and funding). Timelines may vary, and while we provide guidance, ultimate responsibility for meeting requirements rests with the client.

By proceeding with payment, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy and acknowledge full understanding of the non-refundable nature of deposits and fees.

Receipt & Enrollment Clause

Receipts may be provided by text message, email, or electronic confirmation and are considered valid proof of payment. A receipt in any form confirms enrollment and secures your spot in the course.

It is the client’s responsibility to keep their proof of payment. However, failure to retain a receipt does not cancel or void this agreement, as all payments are recorded internally.

Deposits and payments, once received, are applied to hold your course placement. Because spots are limited, all payments remain non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual, course, or program.

It is the client’s sole responsibility to review all policies, course information, and enrollment terms. This information is always available on the official website and posted through social media. By enrolling making a deposit, paying full payment, you acknowledge that you have had full access to this information and agree to all terms, regardless of whether you chose to review them.

No claims of “I did not know,” “I was not told,” or “I did not receive the information” will release a client from this agreement, as policies are publicly posted and accessible at all times.

Enrollment is confirmed only once payment is received, not when an inquiry is made.

Spot is Reserved Until Deadline
Deposits secure a temporary hold, but full payment must be completed within 30 days (unless extended in writing) to keep enrollment active.
Receipts Are Binding
Any receipt issued, whether texted, emailed, or electronic, serves as binding acknowledgment of this policy.
The Client’s deposit or payment to reserve their seat and/or associated course materials for the Staffing Agency Training or any materials purchased or made deposits on is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, non-attendance, or failure to participate.
Deposits and payments are non-transferable between classes, manuals, training packets, or eBooks. No course materials, manuals, or digital products may be exchanged or applied to other programs, as explicitly stated on the Company website.
